I am a certified dog trainer. I got careless working with a German Shepherd which resulted in a bite to my face just below my left eye. I started to use Mederma^® Scar Cream Plus SPF 30 after having an angry wart removed from my knee. The doctor tried methods of removing the wart that wouldn't leave a scar, but in the end nothing was working so they had to surgically remove it and it left a nasty purple scar. The first one was taken the day the wart was removed, the second after it had healed, and the third after four weeks of using Mederma^®. I used it as directed, three times a day and I’m clearly seeing results. I will continue to use the cream and hope that in another four weeks or so it will be even less noticeable. So I have scars on my forehead and scars on my cheeks. I just started using Mederma® Advanced Scar Gel and my scars have gotten softer. I’m so excited for them to continue to look even better.

I am a 40+ African American female who has been dealing with extremely oily skin my entire life. All my life I've heard that you should moisturize your skin even if you have oily skin. Once I reached 40 I decided I would add moisturizer to my skin care regime. I purchased products specifically designed for African American, oily skin.
