Term and Conditions
By sending us your story about Mederma® and/or Mederma® Stretch Marks Therapy and/or your scar or stretch marks, you are consenting to the agreements or understandings contained in the Legal Notice, and you also agree that Merz Pharmaceuticals, LLC (Merz) may publish, reproduce, disclose, distribute and/or otherwise use the information you provide to us about your scar and/or stretch marks or your use of Mederma® and/or Mederma® Stretch Marks Therapy. Specifically, you agree that Merz may use the information you provide (in whole or in part), either alone, or with other printed material, without limitation and in such frequency as Merz determines (including for marketing purposes) without needing to obtain further authorization from you. Additionally, by sending us your story, you grant to Merz permission to publish, reproduce, disclose, distribute, and/or otherwise use any photographs and/or videos that you send us (Photos and/or Videos) without compensation, without further authorization, and in such mediums as Merz determines, including for consumer advertising. You understand and agree that Merz may edit the information you provide about your scar and/or stretch marks or your use of Mederma® and/or Mederma® Stretch Marks Therapy and may reduce, enlarge, or otherwise change the photos or video in Merz's sole discretion, and you waive all rights of inspection and approval. You acknowledge and represent that (i) you are at least eighteen years of age, (ii) you did use Mederma® and/or Mederma® Stretch Marks Therapy as related in your story, (iii) any statements you made about the results you obtained or any endorsement regarding Mederma® and/or Mederma® Stretch Marks Therapy are factually accurate and/or represent your honest opinions, beliefs, or experiences, (iv) that Merz did not compensate you for your story, and (v) there is no connection between you and Merz.
